Announced today by Women's Wear Daily, Selena Gomez with the help of Generra designer Tony Melillo and fashion veteran Sandra Campos will be launching her own clothing line called
"Dream Out Loud" by Selena Gomez. The line will focus on "feminine and bohemian" clothing and will include handbags, shoes and jewelry. It is set to debut Fall of 2010.
"Growing up in Texas, I was sort of close-minded and kind of a tomboy, but as I've traveled, I found such a love of clothes," "It's really always been a dream of mine to have a line."
"With my line, I really want to give the customer options on how they can put their own looks together," Selena continued. "I want the pieces that can be easy to dress up or down, and the fabrics being eco-friendly and organic are super important. Also, the tags will all have some of my inspirational quotes on them. I'm just looking to send a good message."
Also her band, Selena Gomez & The Scene, released their debut studio album Kiss & Tell on September 29.
