Love this glamour zombie look! Except for the photo shopped horns on fire, the makeup would be pretty easy to do. As far as the hair, you might try a wig that's already styled and then just dump some baby powder on it--shake it off and you'll have a great looking hair piece. You can even try the powder on your own hair just make sure it has been teased and sprayed before you powder.
As far as the makeup goes, my favorite for this type of look is KRYOLAN. For the eyes/lips all you'll need is their "Shimmering Vision" palette. It's easy to use and comes in every color you can think of! The green is perfect for the lips- just make sure that you have foundation and/or concealer on the lips to help it adhere. I recommend applying it in layers using a tissue and blotting it until the lips are stained.
And you can't forget the blood. Also from KRYOLAN their blood is great because you can use it around the mouth area (perfect for this look) and because it will also wash off your clothes!!! Make sure you get the "SPECIAL BLOOD IEW"
