Cucu Diamantes-another Latina Diva!

Cucu Diamantes is a singer-songwriter and actress from Cuba. Together with producer and guitarist Andres Levin, Diamantes co-founded the Latin fusion band, Yerba Buena, and was directly responsible for garnering major recognition and popularity for the band, including a Grammy nomination, special request performances with artists such as Dave Matthews, Ray Charles, Juanes and Celia Cruz etc, etc... She just performed in the Havana Peace concert with Juanes and Miguel Bose.

Cucu lives in NYC and is very well known in the Fashion and Art scene there.  Her style is a combination of pin up Dita von Teese mixed with bad girl Amy Winehouse. As a matter of fact- she's even been called "The latina Amy Winehouse"!

Her skin is alabaster white and she wears classic red lips and jet black hair. This is someone with a style that's all her own. Like her or not- she's got a great look and I'm happy to see Latinas with an individual style.

Her new solo album was released earlier this year.   Felicidades Cucu- no me aguanto por verte en persona y talvez trabajar contigo!!
