Best Lip balm?

I have had more than my share of women tell me how much they love this product.  As a matter of fact today a friend of mine posted on facebook how much she liked it so I decided to post this. 
Here's the skinny:
It is very moisturizing and has SPF 10.  Also, it gives your lips a slight natural (very pretty) tint.  It's called the "Universal Lip Balm" on the Dior website.   Dior claims that : Dior Addict Lip Glow reacts directly with the unique chemistry of each woman’s lips before releasing its color ingredient. Lips seem revived from within, amazingly fresh, full and radiant.
Another great thing about it in my opinion?  It smells so good- like a hint of peppermint.
As we are headed into Fall I think this is something that you should give a try.  Heaters are unkind to your lips and this might be a great option for dry winter lips.
