Here are some of my tips:

# 2- Avoid heavy and dark eyeliner-only few women can wear it....Instead opt for a fine line that's softened and blended.

#5- Want your small lips to look even smaller? Wear dark lipstick!

#7- (Lucia Mendes)- don't wear concealer that's too light. Instead choose one that's closer to your skin tone.

#9- Tone down heavy blush by applying a little bit of translucent powder over the strong color.

#12- Look at makeup the same way you look at Fashion-- we don't wear the same clothes we wore 10 years ago right? So change your makeup every now and then...
