Joan is Puerto Rican! and she came to New York in 2008. I remember seeing her in Diane Von Funsterberg's show and thought she was amazing.
She seems to have taken the runways by storm as she can be very classic looking (for Oscar de La Renta) to a wild Ghetto-chic (at Heatherette)
With that face and those legs I bet we'll be seeing her for a long time... Gorgeous boriquas rule!
