The look was all about lips with a beautiful purple shade adorned with a small jewel rhinestone on the bottom lip. Cool! This is a great, edgy Fall look but for those of you who think you might end up looking like a "bruja" you can always try a sheer purple gloss or even a stain. Skip the liner for a less formal look.
Try Smashbox's O-Gloss-Noir (it goes on black but it lightens up as soon as you put it on. It's beautiful:

The look was started by applying a perfect and strong burgundy lipliner, notice the eyes are left almost bare with just a bit of contour, eyebrows are filled in to match the strong lines:
Then the lips are filled in with a lip brush and a strong pigmented purple lipstick.
The nails were painted a beautiful deep blue color (don't want to be too matchy now!):
