Real NYC Engagement Session | Holly + Carlos, Part II

Hoping everyone had a very Happy Holiday! We're thrilled to come back with Part II of Holly and Carlos' amazing New York City engagement session. As we mentioned in Part I, Holly and Carlos craved a chic Manhattan engagement session packed with city style {New Year's inspiring outfit changes!} and a fair dose of culture and classic NYC panache.
Cengiz of Adagion Studio captured some amazing moments, and Merci New York had a great time styling the shoot and working on the appropriate locations that set the perfect mise en scene, such as the Gramercy Park Hotel, below...
While styling Holly's "evening" look, Merci New York wanted to maintain the gold tones from her "day" look, but up the ante with some dramatic accents {such as the bold-bow Milly dress and glorious Erickson Beamon cocktail ring} from Merci's wardrobe partner, Rent the Runway.
We chose a pit stop at the Gramercy Park Hotel, in large part for their fabulous art collection and eclectic New York atmosphere. Where else can one find outstanding skyline views, paired with a great assortment of Damien Hirst and Andy Warhol pieces {among others}? It was a hip and colorful backdrop for the city-centric couple. A champagne toast completed the action packed day.All of our best for a very Happy New Year.
