Corinne Bailey Rae, Angel Taylor, Colbie Caillat, John Mayer & Joss Stone are some of her influences but this Latina from San Antonio, Texas has a cool sound that's all her own.  After being a sesantion on YouTube since May 2006, 21 year old Alyssa was discovered by Pharrell Williams and is now signed to Interscope Records.  She's got her first single out called "Cali, cali, cali"  Watch it here:
