There are two ways of doing it. You can use a stick of glue or Spirit Gum.
For my shot, I used the latter. For both options make sure that you have the following tools:
-spooley brush
-a stainless steel spatula applicator.
First, make sure that you brush your brows down so that the product gets in all the way to the base of the hairs. Then you want to apply the glue or Spirit gum right on the hairs. With the gum you want to make sure that you really get the areas right above and under the hairs so that they don't make a shadow and show up later.
For both options you want to give them enough time to dry after you apply them, like 3-5 minutes.
After you've applied the spirit gum twice and let it dry you will want to use a wax to make the eyebrows disappear. Apply the wax with the spatula and with a pressing motion spread it over the eyebrows. Let that dry and apply a light concealer/powder over that- no more eyebrows!
With the glue, if you have coarse hairs you might want to put the glue on a third time. I recommend Elmer's disappearing purple glue as it is easy to wash off with water and soap. Then apply concealer and foundation and you are done.

The spirit gum/wax method in my opinion works better for people with really dark eyebrows but it is a little trickier to take off and you need a special remover for it. Also, make sure to keep the product away from your eyes!
I like Ben Nye's spirit gum and remover the best:

And the Ben Nye wax:

Have fun and give it a try!
