Here are two shots that show you how to use white eyeliner properly. The first one is of Jennifer Lopez showing how to wear the liner with a "smokier" eye look. The second is from a shoot I did which was published in July 2009's German Cosmopolitan magazine and shows it being used in a much more natural way.
They both show you how you can use it to make your eyes really "pop" My model had small eyes and it was really a good way to open them up and make them appear bigger. This trick works so well for all you Latinas with darker color eyes. You also can see how it works on Jennifer's eyes by making the white of the eyes appear bigger and her whole gaze brighter!
As far as the eyeliner itself, I really like using an old fashioned pencil one since the creamy versions don't wear as well. As far as brands go, Benefit has a nice one and also Paula Dorf. For my shoot I used a $3 white pencil by Rimmel London.
I recommend that you apply it in the inner part of the eye at the lower lashline. Using it all around the eye can be a bit too much. Also make sure you clean the pencil really well everytime you are going to be using it.
If it looks way to white for you there are also light pink ones that can work really well.
Give it a try...That's all I used on my model besides some mascara....
