Wedding Color Inspiration | Frothy Opulence!

In my lazy Sunday morning habit of enjoying the Times, my chai latte and perusing the web for pretty things, I came across this beautiful inspiration board at Santa Barbara Wedding Chic, and really, I just had to share in case you haven't already stumbled upon it.

It is stunning at first glance of course, but if you take a closer look, this board really borrows from several design genres, and to me that makes it all the more fabulous. The mix of the French Regency decor {chandeliers, opulence & moulding a-plenty!} with the Gatsby-esque groomswear, mid-century vintage-pearl jewelry, very simply-vased English garden roses and the couture S'09 Elie Saab dress are actually a fairly eclectic borrowing of varied elegant definitions, but they become {oh-so!} frothily divine once combined into story.

My mind is spinning with design ideas for coordinating favors, baskets and gifts. I may just need to proto some for our upcoming Web product launch. Love it. Photo credit Santa Barbara Wedding Chic.
