I wanted to post an article that appeared on the April 2009 issue of Better homes and gardens.
I was asked to speak about how to wear bright colors... Know what I always say and believe it's true?
It's all about the intensity--I think everyone can wear most colors and it's all about how you apply it and really how much of it you put on.
Best advice? Stay away from bright matte eye shadows--they can really be a nightmare to blend and diffuse. Even a bright blush can look gorgeous if applied correctly.
